Wtb a forming die to form 221 fireball out of 223.

I want to start forming 223 to fit in my fireball. Never done it before so I need a trimming die as well. Also I need a outside neck turning tool and set of od/I'd calipers. Just another crazy idea I have lol. If you have all or any of the components please let me know. Thank you for reading.
