Surplus kevlar soft neck body armor and shooters cut steel plates with anti spall coating.

I have two different items for sale. One is a neck and throat soft armor protector designed to be worn around your neck, underneath your plate carrier like a collar. There is no tags showing NIJ status, so  I'm calling it surplus body armor. I bought this off eBay a while back, and it has been worn a couple times but stored properly and kept in good condition. It is roughly equivalent to 3A. There are multiple Velcro access areas where you can remove the kevlar inserts as seen in the pics. I'm looking for $120 shipped.

The second item is a set of 10" x 12" shooters cut steel plates. Both have an anti-spall coating. Each plate weighs 10 lb and is 8 mm or 1/3" thick. Bought this awhile back and never used it. Looking for $325 shipped for the set.

Only trade I'm looking for is a shotgun capable red dot, otherwise EMT only.
