Level 4 NIJ Certified multicurve plate set

Multicurve and NIJ certified level 4 plates rated up to 30-06 M2AP ammo. These plates were originally production overrun from a government contract, and have been sitting in a carrier in a closet unused in years. Both plates have never been dropped, shot, or otherwise hit hard, though the outside fabric sleeves have some cosmetic marks.
