A brand new Cold Harbor Supply PVS-14, white phosphor, autogated, manual gain NNVT tube with two extremely small blemishes that are unnoticeable when not staring at a white wall in high light conditions,  viewable in photos.  I will pay for shipping anywhere in canada for the price listed.
