Brand new. All ground contact are pressure treated wood.  Top and bench is raw pine which can be finished yourself.

55x55×36" Heavy and solid. Place and forget type of bench. 

Top is separate from bench and front 4x4 For transportation as shown in second pic for easy transportation. Few screws and off you go.
