Size medium so it should fit anywhere from 32” to 36” or 37”. Just adjust the Velcro.
Loop Velcro on the inside.
Never used outdoors. Just attached a holster on it and practiced drawing at home.
Pretty sturdy belt that can hold a good amount of weight.
