First Spear Amphibian plate carrier w/ NIJ level 4 plates

Bought this without looking into sizing and it's too big for me. Will trade for a sapi small size set up. Used a couple times at the range and for a 3 gun match. 
Older plate carrier and plates but high quality stuff. Look up First Spear to see their prices, most carriers are $700+ USD. The plates are Vzero lvl 4 plates. These plates are listed on the NIJ website. I will not trade for plates not listed on the NIJ website.
Comes with high speed gear mag pouches and some extras. 
To buy the equivalent new right now would be over 2k. 
For trade I will consider any quality plate carriers and/or NIJ 4 sapi small plates.
