This Western Skeet Launcher has a foot pedal release and is made of heavy duty cast steal. Made in USA and has removable wheels. Once the wheels are removed it comes with two spikes to hold it in place, it also works without the spikes. This unit also comes apart with no tools and is compact when it's apart for easy storage otherwise it's a full on skeet launcher.
