Classic Metal 9mm magazine HiPower/Beretta92?

This was a magazine I found in a friends odds & ends box.... He was told it was for a Hi Power 9mm but degree of angle is wrong. Some have said should work in  Chapia 9mm carbine which uses same mags as a Beretta 92..but I haven't got access to either one to try.
