The trade name Hard Pan was allegedly to market to Miners or ex Miners. The revolver has strong springs and functions excellent locks up tight every time The hammer has a half cock position for loading etc. The cylinder pin removes very easily for cleaning etc. The octagon barrel is 2 1/4" long and has very good rifling see pics Metal is brite overall with good traces of original nickel finish remaining. The original grips fit perfect with no cracks or chips. Thanks I can stretch payment out if needed
