Model 1892 St Etienne (Lebel is actually a misnomer) 8mm revolver in excellent condition. All markings are sharp, no evidence of polishing, very minor holster wear. Possibly original finish. Fire blue visible on trigger, hammer and cylinder release/loading gate. Grips show moderate handling marks, no chips or cracks. Lanyard ring is absent. Screw slots are sharp.
Action is like new in both single and double action. No movement at lock up. Extra clean bore and chambers.
Comes with an original holster which is in fine condition considering its age. There are stamps inside the flap that I've not been able to identify.
This gun was designed to accept FMJ ammunition which is still available online.
