Brescia, 1872-1889
Revolver of Italian army wich was made after MAS Mle 1873 French Service Revolver (last picture). Marked on frame with logo: "GLISENTI BRESCIA" Italian 10.4 mm / 44 Russian caliber. Double action and single action lock up is tight. This one is custom made with shorter barrel and engraving. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is bright with good rifling. The action is accurate and the cylinder indexes and locks properly with no play. The walnut grips are excellent and show no damage. SN 5449, this one is made in 1889.
