Union Arms Model 2 Pocket Revolver in 31 Percussion Caliber. 3.25" barrel, 5 shot. Following Colts patent expiry on their 1849 model many companies swooped in to mimic Colts popular design, Union Arms being one of them. These revolvers were manufactured circa 1858-1867, this one has a lower earlier production 23XX serial number. All three hammer clicks are present and hold strong. Timing and lockup rates very good. Bore rates good with common wear for a gun of this vintage. Frame has what appears to be original beautiful engraving. Cylinder nipples are in good shape and all clear. Original grips have common wear but no cracks. Trigger guard has some wiggle, nothing concerning. Overall a really nice hard to find Civil War Era pistol variant! Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own. Will include an RCMP FRT printout showing antique status in Canada. $1595 includes Free Shipping, insurance extra, EMT preferred.
