Webley No 2, 45/455, Antique Status

Webley No 2 The British Bulldog in 455 Webley as well it accepts 45ACP handloads 2 3/8" barrel, 5 shot. These No 2s are very compact big bore revolvers and about half the size of a MK 1 Webley. Their marked as 450 which is a shorter length 455, 455 fits excellent in the cylinder length wise, 45ACP handloads just need lead seated to appropriate depth, no problem. Full cock holds well, half cock is not present. Single and double action work excellent. Timing and lockup are good with no concerns. Bore and cylinder walls show well with some common wear. Original checkered grips show nice with minor dings etc. I've personally fired this piece with handloads and it functioned excellent, has a light trigger pull in single action. This is a real Webley and not a lower quality Belgian knock off. Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own.
