Nice arctic birch stock on this refurbished Tula SKS. From 1950, so it has a spring-loaded firing pin. All numbers match but has forced matching on the stock and magazine. There is a loss of blueing on the dust cover and a light patina on the metal of the receiver, barrel and gas tube. The laminate stock has obvious handling marks but no cracks and the rifle is solid. The bore is shiny and internal parts are clean with no rust or pitting on this rifle. Only non-corrosive ammo fired and rifle was cleaned after use.
