Beautiful Winchester Model 70 chambered in .308. Fantastic pre-64 model example!
The bore is shiny, blueing is 98.5% with most blueing loss on the front sight hood. Minor handling marks on the stock but overall the wood is in great condition. The swivel studs appear to be the only parts that are not original and could be returned to original studs if you chose to do so. Internal magazine capacity is 5 rounds.
I am third owner and have put four rounds through it at the range to test function. The previous owner did not fire it, as it was inherited from a family member and that family member only put a few rounds through it over its lifetime, and the rest of the time it sat in a safe.
