Offered here is a Spanish Air Force Model 1944 (M44) bolt-action rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser (8×57 IS). This rifle remains in good overall military surplus condition and retains its original military configuration.

The receiver and bolt are matching, and the receiver ring is clearly marked with the Spanish Air Force (Ejército del Aire) crest. The metal retains its original military blued finish with honest service wear and handling marks consistent with age.

The original hardwood stock is structurally sound and shows typical handling marks from military service. Features include the correct hooded front sight, tangent rear sight, straight bolt handle, and original bayonet lug. The cleaning rod is not present.

The bore is bright with strong, well-defined rifling, and the rifle is mechanically sound.

A solid example of the less commonly encountered Spanish Air Force M44, suitable for both collectors and shooters.
