Selling this Stiga M96 Sporter in .30-06 - Haven't fired it yet but it cycles rounds very smoothy, bolt is a great Mauser type. Bore is immaculate and shiny. Stock has no cracks. Bluing is great.

*** I've been messaged on here about these M96 Sporters: Apparently, there is some controversy that when these were converted to .30-06, they ground too much of the recoil lug off, potentially making it unsafe / too much pressure for the action. I have researched it a bit and it's divided as some saying it's completely safe as they have had them for years, and others saying there's still a possibility of overpressure. I don't know anything about any of these things so I thought I should include this here for you to consider and research for yourselves. ***
