This upper is registered as a 12.5. If you do not have 12.5 on your XII PAL and do not want it as a welded piece of steel stop reading.
This upper will accept components made by or for any of the A B C countries. (Australia, Britain and Canada)
This includes all the internals, the barrels whether heavy or light and the lower receivers.
As I wrote above you must have 12.5 on your XII PAL and all legalities as unpleasant as most are will be observed.
In other words no more messages from " My fellow free Canadians" trying to get me to sell this stuff under the table.
