Live in Canada, chambered in 223 Wylde (both 223 Rem and 556 NATO), brand new not even a single shot fired(obviously). It's a complete upper which includes everything like barrel, BCG, charging handle, etc. Please DO NOT ask me if I have a lower for sale, the answer is NO. PAL(not RPAL) is a must and will be verified.
It's the buyer's obligation to have a valid RPAL and to inform the CFO for registration if they decide to make this part a functional firearm.
I am focusing on the IPSC matches now so selling to fund the modifications for my new pistol.
