Savage model 1899

Rifle is in decent shape and has aged with a really nice patina. No tang crack but there is a crack in the forestock, visible in the photos. It looks like it’s been there a long time. 
I haven’t personally shot this rifle but everything seems to be mechanically sound. The bore is in decent shape with lots of rifling remaining and minimal pitting. $650 plus shipping.
