Pedersoli 357 Rolling Block "baby carbine"

I bought this used but it had extraction issues due to the extractor being modified by the previous owner. I purchased a new extractor from Pedersoli but I still cant get it working properly. I don't want to spend more time on it. The rifle is in very good condition aside from that issue - shiny bore and a few scuffs on the rifle. 

I would suggest that only someone with the knowledge or time to fix it to purchase or someone who doesn't mind manually extracting the casings after firing

the listed price is firm - this rifle from Marstar after taxes and shipping is over $2200. 

Local preferred. I would consider shipping but that would be on the buyer for the cost.
