Wanted: Remington 870 tac 14 or Mossberg 590A1 in 14"

As the ad says, I'm looking for either of the two. Not looking for a new shotgun from a dealer. Not looking for any heavy modifications, etc as they usually will price it outside my budget. Just the simple original version will do. 

I am based in Chilliwack, BC and would prefer face-to-face. I would also deal with profiles that have history and reviews.
