Derek was very good to deal with. We quickly came to an agreement. Sent payment, he checked my PAL and I had my tracking notice. All in under 2 hours. I received the parcel and 2 guns in good condition. One of the guns was missing a part. I contacted Derek and explained what was missing. He quickly located it and went the extra mile and spent $30 on priority post to get it to me as quick as possible. An honest mistake, with a timely remedy. Would do business again.
