Sam was only selling locally initially, however I politely asked if the item did not sell to please consider shipping. Not only did Sam entertain my ask which was outside the parameters of his sale, he was kind and courteous in his response. Sam even went so far as to offer to pay for half of the shipping even though it was my ask. I politely declined.
The purchase was straightforward, with excellent and clear communications. The product was shipped promptly and packaged perfectly. Sam followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.
