Purchased a scope on July 6th. Received tracking number on July 12th. Upon receiving the scope it was received in a Canada post bubble envelope. After mounting and taking to the range the scope is damaged and does not track properly also the ocular adjust is oblonged do to being dropped. No communication. I have sent the scope in to be repaired. Everything has been documented and photographed.
