Easy and very well informed. I'm a first time gun buyer and he was extremely honest and patient with me explaining everything to check on the rifle I bought from him. He showed me everything that was good with the gun and the minor flaws it had.
He was also nice enough to throw in a second old .22 rifle, which I really appreciated. Perfect plinking gun.
