Fast responses, sent extra pictures without question, gladly explained any questions I had about the transfer and shipping (as I am a first time buyer), and even used some money out of his own pocket to cover the remaining shipping fee so I could get the rifle before Christmas!! The rifle arrived well before Christmas with everything included as promised. Great guy, would absolutely do business with him again!
