The most difficult part of the process was the unpacking, that is to say, the packaging was nigh bulletproof.

Joking aside, he was incredibly willing to work with issues that arose entirely on my side. Once payment was processed it was sent out in less than 24hrs.

Responses usually came within 30 mins and following replies in minutes at most. Requests for photos were met promptly.
