He was responsive from the outset, very communicative and thoroughly professional. He shipped quickly, the same day that I made payment. He followed up on my questions and found out from the post office any updates, when the CP tracking showed no movement. Despite the Canada Post initial delays, I received the item FAR EARLIER than expected (I guess I can credit Canada Post for that, but I also credit the seller for getting it out same day). I should mention that he quoted me a reasonable shipping amount and absorbed the rest of the costs.
The item was received in FLAWLESS condition. Original box and packaging intact and complete, and shipped in a non-descript box, securely packed. Condition exactly as described and survived the Canada Post handling. When he said it was in new condition, he wasn't kidding. All inserts and original parts replaced included as well.
