Probably wouldn't deal with Peter again. He didn't want to give any PAL info in writing, which wasn't a deal breaker but easily could be to some people. We agreed on a time and place to meet. He said he'd let me know the day of around noon. 4pm hits, no word. He gets back to me shortly after and says he's on his way but will be later then we said. I ended up waiting an hour and a half later then the original agreed on time. PAL was verified in person via RCMP site, but could've easily been done ahead of time.
