Even when there is problems he resolves them and is very fair. Production and shipping took a while as expected but his communication about this was clear.
After originally receiving some sub-par quality parts for my gsg-mp5 build Tommy reached out to let me know the issues caused were most likely due to a bad batch of resin causing the parts to become brittle.
Tommy was great at getting me replacement pieces immediately and I must say that the replacements are AMAZING!

Product came and looks exactly like the photos. Great quality. It fits very snug. No wiggle in the stock unlike the factory one. Took a little while to receive but would order again and recommend to others thanks!
Super great customer support. I had a issue with my charging tube as it cracked and result would jam up the rifle, I reached out to inquire about how much for just the part I needed not the whole kit was and tommy replaced it with more durable part free of charge but I decided to get more parts made at the same time. Getting the gsg working again is amazing.

Parts arrived in good time and fit my rifle good. The only thing I would have hoped for that would have made this experience better was tracking number provided when parts shipped. Overall good seller and probably buying another gsg16 to make a different looking gun then the one I have built
Believe the reviews! This seller was efficient, communicative, and the product is high quality. I got and SD fore grip for my GSG and it’s really nice, I kinda wish I had got the full front end kit now… I will most likely be purchasing from this seller again.

Great quality front end kit for the gsg. It’s hardly noticeable that its even 3d printed, very nice finish!

Ordered 2x takedown pins and 2x mag couplers , both are installed and going to the range today, so far I'm impressed and will order from Tommy again
