Bought new in Jul 2025. Made in Czech Republic. Read reviews / forums folks comparing Meopta to Swarowski and Leica. TLDR: Glass is just as good, manufacturing technology is just as good. You save a bit b/c Meopta has been historically manufacturing for others. 

Never mounted, just took out of the box. Never turned on illumination. 30mm tube. 30 Year transferable warranty.

Ultimately realized I need something much much smaller for my 44 magnum rifle. Too much scope for too little of a rifle type deal.
