Up for sale is a rare, exceptionally well-preserved original USGI M84 2.2x Telescopic Sight, historically correct for the WWII/Korean-era M1C & M1D Garand sniper rifles, as well as vintage 1903A4 sniper platforms.

This is a genuine, vintage military contract piece—NOT a modern reproduction.

Details & Condition:

• Data Plate: Original, serialized (No. 11257) data plate with unmarred factory screws and crisp stamping.
• Finish: Beautiful, original deep-blue factory finish with only minor, honest edge wear on the sunshade and ocular housing. No rust, no pitting, and no modern refinishing.
• Optics: Crystal clear glass. No cloudiness, internal fogging, or lens delamination. The post-and-crosshair reticle is crisp and sharp.
• Mechanics: The windage and elevation turrets spin cleanly with positive clicks. Both protective hinged metal turret caps are intact, close tightly, and have strong springs. The sliding front sunshade moves smoothly.
• Extras: Includes the original, authentic USGI rubber eyepiece/eye cup in excellent, supple condition (no dry rotting).
