Like new condition. Only ever went to the range and back. Some minor scuffs on the underside of the windage turrets from going in and out of the safe.  

These scopes retail for $530. The rings go for $130 and the scope caps are $50+. With tax that is over $800 - and I am covering the shipping. 

No issues with it, just moving away from MOA.
