Selling my rare Webley mark 1** conversion pre 1898 that was upgraded in 1914(see marking on gun) for use in WW1 with the mark V cylinder and lV barrel for smokeless 455 rounds. I also purchased a complete mark Vl parts kit (took me 2 years to find as spare barrels and cylinders are hard to find and very expensive) minus the receiver which is compatible with the upgraded mark 1 so i could use both the 6 and 4 inch barrel to avoid wear. the mark 1** cylinder(mark V) is unaltered while the mark vi one is shaved so you get full flexibility of being able to use 45 acp moon clips as well as having the option to use regular 455 Webley and having the collectable value of the original unaltered cylinder.

there is some surface oxidation on the cylinder and barrel of the mark 1** but the barrel rifling and cylinder are in great shape and obviously the mark 6 barrel and cylinder are essentially in mint shape. lockup is rock solid on the frame and very tight on the cylinder(no wiggle when trigger is pulled).

I also have some other spare parts if interested.

since the mark 6 parts are included you require either a regular pal or rpal to purchase.  The mark 1** is still antique status.
