Kongsberg 393 in 7 mm Rem Mag 99.99 % mint

Rare 1993 basically unused Kongsberg 393 in 7 mm mag.  Most people probably never heard of these rifles. Kongsberg is built in Norway and been around for a long time.  The Norwegian's / Scandinavian's use this exact rifle in biathlon competition. This gun is so smooth and the factory competition trigger is so crisp it is unbelievable. I fired one shot though it and cycled 3 from mag to ejection just to feel the gun. Fantastic rifle. It has a 26 inch barrel.  It has factory scope bases built into the action. It appears it will accept most any type rings. The factory marks 393 mean the rifle was built in March 1993 (393) . The workmanship of the rifle and balance is perfect. The bolt action has 3 lugs with claw extractor. (feels & acts like a Sako) The only draw back to this gun is for those who prefer a mag fed gun. This old school rifle is top fed only, no bottom metal. It holds 3 and 1 in the barrel. Feeds perfectly, I ejected everything after the one shot to feel the function. So smooth.

This rifle has only fired 1 shot other than any factory test.. However, the rounds do not have to be manually ejected, there is a button / spring lift mechanism that pops the rounds out of the internal mag as needed. Very unique.  Please examine the pictures closely. You can find the small safe kisses. (2) one on each cheek.
