It is nearly mint, with only about 400 rounds on it.
Purchased and assembled a couple of years ago.
Rem 700 in 223 calibre, Mil Specs, the first batch of Mil Specs from 1984.
I verified the barreled action by the serial number with the Remington office.
Assembled with the MDT Timbr Frontier wooden (laminated) stock.
and with the MDT Rings
and with the MDT Bipod

The stock has a minimal wear on a chick pad.
It comes with a plastic hardshell for the rifle, and at least one mag MDT 10rd (I cannot promise, but if I find the second one, it's yours for sure).
