He responded quickly throughout the process. After agreeing on price we had a video call that evening. Next morning I paid and shortly after he initiated the transfer as soon as the RCMP office opened. He followed up a couple times over the next week and in fact reached out to me first once the transfer went through. Picked it up that evening. Everything was as described.
