Unfortunately, I have to leave 1 star. The knife arrived with an important screw missing. Kurt initially told me he hadn’t noticed the missing screw and that he “wouldn’t have listed it” if he had seen it. He then offered to reverse the trade — I did not ask him to. I agreed, especially since I already had another buyer interested in my knife. After that, his position suddenly changed and he told me the missing screw was “obvious in the photos,” even though he had just said he hadn’t noticed it himself. Very disappointing way to handle a deal. To be fair, the knife was packaged well and shipping was fast.
As above… good communication, fast well packaged shipping, fair to deal with and an easy straightforward transaction. I concur with all of the above reviews and I’d deal again with confidence.
