I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased a Ravin R29X, but received a Ravin R26 instead. When I raised the issue, the seller acknowledged the mistake in messages but refused to properly resolve the problem.

This kind of behavior can be considered fraudulent, so I strongly recommend extreme caution. Always verify all details before making any payment or trade.
