Utilizing ultra-thin headed screws and sleeve nuts, say bye-bye to tapping (receiver can still be tapped if you want!). This 100% steel side rail base is made specifically for the SKS, and is designed to be as newbie-friendly as possible. 

The dovetail mounting interface accepts any AK-style side rails, though some modification of the side rails (not my mount, the AK rail you purchase) may be necessary. 

• Comes with a pre-modified stripper-clip compatible AK-style picatinny rail (see pictures!)
   
• No modification of your stock required!
• Comes with all hardware required, including a cobalt drill bit. User will need to drill 3 holes into the receiver.
